Grapeworks AI Ltd (“Grapeworks”, “we”, “us”) is a UK-registered company. We provide systems consulting, data analytics, and automation services for sport organisations.

When you submit our contact form, we collect:

• Your phone number (if provided)

Why we collect it

We use your contact details solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange a conversation about our sport systems services. Our lawful basis for processing is legitimate interest - you contacted us and expect a response.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored in our CRM system (hosted in the USA with appropriate safeguards) and may be used to send you a direct response via email. We do not add you to any mailing lists or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

We retain your contact details for up to 12 months after our last communication. If we do not hear from you within that period, we will delete your data from our systems.
